Rolando Zurbito Saldivar graduated from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila in 1996 as a Registered Architect. Since his early years, he has always been skilled in drawing and sketching, therefore leading to his chosen career path now. He ensures the best possible quality of service for his clients.
